THEATER LOVERS

We used to call them "Angels" - Those theater lovers who contribute financial support to that mystical, ephemeral, magical thing we call the theater. And thank God for those kind, generous behind the scenes beings who make the theater possible. Theater could not survive without them. Think about it. What is it that actually survives throughout time? Civilizations crumble, but Greek vases, Michelangelo's paintings and sculptures, Euripides and Aescalus and Shakespeare survive. The Arts survive. Theater survives. Wherever would our civilization be without our Angels?
That being said, most people who contribute to new theatrical productions, do it primarily to support the art of theater and to keep theater kicking! That and because it is so much fun watching a new play or musical come to life and being an integral part of that process. It's fun meeting celebrities! It's fun attending backstage parties! It's fun going to opening nights! It's fun reading about your show in the media!
We are about to take the first of several important steps that will lead us down that fantastic and amazing road that will take us from Southern California, to the Midwest, (Lincoln Country) Washington, D.C., and finally Broadway! Those angels who "hitch their dream to our team" now, will enjoy twice the fun and twice the rewards.
